JP Excavating, Inc. began in 1988 when JP Tucker began digging residential basements and footers. During the 1990s JP Tucker experienced substantial growth, allowing the company to transition into a commercial site development contractor. Today, with a fleet of modern equipment, JP Tucker is one of the most respected earthmoving and underground utility contractors serving developers and commercial general contractors in Central and Northern Virginia.
